This advanced workshop is designed for elementary educators who want to go beyond simply using AI tools and empower their young students to understand the fundamental concepts behind artificial intelligence. Participants will explore engaging and age-appropriate methods for teaching elementary students how AI works, including basic principles of machine learning, data patterns, and the ethical considerations surrounding AI. This course will equip educators with practical strategies, activities, and resources to foster AI literacy and critical thinking skills in their K-5 classrooms, preparing students to be informed and responsible digital citizens in an AI-driven world.
