Making CS with Micro:bits

This course (for educators of grades 3 through higher ed) is for users who are already familiar with Micro:bit, including its functions and MakeCode. Participants will explore how to use Micro:bit in the classroom to create using a variety of tools, including low-cost materials you may already have as well as additional tools that can extend its use. Participants will learn some practical suggestions and top tips for getting the most from lesson time and complete their own hands-on Micro:bit activities. By the end of the session, they will have a new appreciation for this small but powerful tool for teaching computer science. Participants should bring their own micro:bit version 2 if possible.
